Formed in 2021, our corporate office located in Highland, Illinois – we plan to grow our offices in many States of the U.S. to expand our services. CarePlus Diagnostic Services LLC works with any long-term care facilities, short term rehabilitation, assisted/independent living facilities, group homes and home health care agencies. We believe in the humanity to be a means of ease in times of difficulties for others and this is the basis as to how our company started. With technology enabling us to be interconnected and advancement of Ultrasound machines to be portable, what came to thought, “What if our loves ones were in this situation? What care would we want for them?” and because we are able to provide fast turnaround results with our Ultrasound Imaging to expediate diagnosis, this is what we would want for our loved ones.
